The Americano is a sophisticated, low-ABV cocktail that balances the herbal bitterness of Campari with the rich sweetness of sweet vermouth. Topped with a splash of soda water, it offers a refreshing, effervescent finish that makes it ideal for sipping slowly. The drink is best served over ice in a rocks glass, allowing the flavours to meld gently. It is a timeless choice for those who appreciate a complex, aromatic profile without the intensity of a straight spirit.
