Ingredients: 45 ml Vodka; 15 ml Pisang Ambon; 90 ml Fresh apple juice; 22.5 ml Lemon Juice; Lemonade

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour the Vodka, Lemon Juice, Fresh apple juice and Pisang Ambon into the glass in layers.
Vodka 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Lemon Juice 22.5 ml¾ oz2.25 cl Fresh apple juice 90 ml3 oz9 cl Pisang Ambon 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Top up with the Lemonade.
Lemonade
Stir slightly.
Garnish with a spiralled cucumber skin and a red cherry.
