A vibrant cocktail that pairs muddled strawberries and basil with a splash of balsamic reduction, creating a tangy, sweet, and herbaceous concoction that's both refreshing and complex.

Method

Muddle the Fresh strawberries and Fresh basil leaves in a shaker.

Add the Vodka, Balsamic reduction and Lemon Juice to the shaker with ice.
Vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Balsamic reduction 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Lemon Juice 22.5 ml¾ oz2.25 cl
Shake well for 15 seconds, strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice, top up with Soda Water and drizzle a little more of the reduction on top.
