Ingredients: 150 ml Coffee; 60 ml Vanilla Extract; 600 ml Sugar; 946 ml Vodka; 600 ml Water

Method

Add the Coffee, Sugar and Water to a saucepan.
Simmer for 1 hour and let cool.
Add the Vanilla Extract and Vodka to the saucepan.
Pour it into a sealed jar and age for 2 to 3 weeks.
Pour the liqueur into collins glasses.
