Ingredients: 70 ml Vodka; 15 ml Dry Vermouth; 30 ml Olive Brine; 1 wedge Lemon; 1 Olive

Method

Rim a martini glass by rubbing the rim with the Lemon wedge.
Pour the Vodka, Dry Vermouth and Olive Brine into a shaker with a handful of ice.
Vodka 70 ml2.3 oz7 cl Dry Vermouth 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Olive Brine 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Shake well, strain into the glass and add the Olive.
