30 ml1 oz3 clFresh grapefruit juice
15 ml½ oz1.5 clBasil Syrup
15 ml½ oz1.5 clLemon Juice
30 ml1 oz3 clSoda Water(optional)

Method

Add the Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh grapefruit juice, Basil Syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker filled with ice.
Elderflower Liqueur 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Fresh grapefruit juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Basil Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Lemon Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe.
Top up with Soda Water, pouring gently.
