Method

Fill a collins glass with ice.
Pour in the Fennel-infused vodka and Blood Orange Juice.
Fennel-infused vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Blood Orange Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Top up with Tonic Water and stir gently.
Tonic Water 90 ml3 oz9 cl
Add the Black pepper on top.
Black pepper 1 dash
Garnish with a blood orange wheel and fennel fronds.
