Ingredients: 600 ml Sugar; 240 ml Corn Syrup; 45 ml Coffee; 60 ml Vanilla Extract; 720 ml Water; 1 Vodka

Method

Pour most of the boiling Water into a saucepan, add the Sugar, dissolve it and add the Corn Syrup.
Add the Coffee to the rest of the Water in a second pan and dissolve it.
Pour both into a gallon jug and let it cool.
Add the Vodka and Vanilla Extract to the jug once it is cold; for the best result, leave it to mature for 4-5 weeks.
Pour it into collins glasses.
