Method
Add the Jasmine-infused vodka, Fresh cucumber juice, Fresh Lime Juice and Mint Syrup to a shaker.
Jasmine-infused vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Fresh cucumber juice 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Fresh Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Mint Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 clFill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, pouring slowly to create layers.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a sprig of mint on top.
