Method

Pour the Mint-infused vodka, Blood Orange Juice, Rosemary bitters and Simple Syrup into a shaker.
Mint-infused vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Blood Orange Juice 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Rosemary bitters 2 dashes Simple Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of blood orange.
