The Negroni Sbagliato offers a lighter, bubbly take on the traditional Negroni. By replacing gin with Prosecco, this drink becomes effervescent and slightly sweeter, making it an ideal aperitif. The bitterness of Campari balances the richness of Sweet Vermouth, while the sparkling wine adds a refreshing lift. Served over ice in a rocks glass with a simple orange peel garnish, it is elegant yet easy to prepare at home.
