Ingredients: 120 ml Tequila; 120 ml Grapefruit Juice; 30 ml Lime Juice; 240 ml Pineapple Juice; Lime; rimmed Black pepper

Method

Rim a collins glass by rubbing it with a lime slice and dipping it into salt and Black pepper.
Add ice, the Tequila, Grapefruit Juice and Lime Juice.
Tequila 120 ml4 oz12 cl Grapefruit Juice 120 ml4 oz12 cl Lime Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Top up with the Pineapple Juice.
Pineapple Juice 240 ml8 oz24 cl
Stir quickly.
Garnish with fresh pineapple or Lime.
