Method
Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, and vanilla sugar to a cocktail shaker.
Vanilla Vodka 50 ml1.7 oz5 cl Passion Fruit Liqueur 20 ml0.7 oz2 cl Passion Fruit Purée 50 ml1.7 oz5 cl Vanilla Sugar 10 ml0.3 oz1 clFill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Double strain the mixture into a large, chilled cocktail glass.
Pour the champagne into a separate small glass to serve as a sidecar shot.
Garnish: Passion fruit cup and sugar
