Method
In a shaker, combine blue spirulina-infused vodka, lime juice, and jalapeño syrup with ice.
Blue spirulina-infused vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Fresh Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl House-made jalapeño syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 clShake well for 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a flute glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a thin slice of jalapeño on the rim.
