In a rocks glass, muddle the fresh sage leaves with honey syrup to release the oils.
Fresh sage 4 leaves Honey Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 clAdd the vodka and fresh blood orange juice to the glass.
Vodka 60 ml2 oz6 cl Fresh blood orange juice 30 ml1 oz3 clFill the glass with a large ice cube and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a sprig of sage and a wheel of blood orange on top.
