Ingredients: 60 ml Tequila; 15 ml Lemon Juice; 22.5 ml Grenadine; 1 Egg White; Ginger ale

Method

Add the Tequila, Lemon Juice, Grenadine and Egg White to a shaker with ice.
Tequila 60 ml2 oz6 cl Lemon Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Grenadine 22.5 ml¾ oz2.25 cl Egg White 1
Shake and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes, then top up with the Ginger ale and stir.
