Ingredients: 60 ml Tequila; 15 ml Lemon Juice; 5 ml Sugar; ½ slice Lemon; 1 Cherry

Method

Add the Tequila, the Lemon Juice and the Sugar to a shaker with ice.
Tequila 60 ml2 oz6 cl Lemon Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl
Shake hard and strain into a coupe.
Garnish with the Lemon slice and top with the Cherry.
