Method
Rim an old-fashioned glass with salt first, if you like, by moistening the rim with Lime Juice or water and pressing it into a layer of salt.
Fill the glass halfway with ice and pour in the Tequila, then add the Lime Juice and a few grains of Salt.
Tequila 60 ml2 oz6 cl Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Salt 1 pinchTop up with the Grapefruit Soda until the glass is almost full.
Grapefruit SodaPour in the Tomato Juice, Orange Juice and Simple Syrup.
Tomato Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Orange Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Simple Syrup 1 dashStir to combine the flavours.
