Method
Pour 60 ml of Peach purée into a chilled Champagne Flute.
Peach purée 60 ml2 oz6 clGently top up with 120 ml of Sparkling apple cider to preserve the bubbles.
Sparkling apple cider 120 ml4 oz12 clStir very lightly with a long bar spoon to combine, if desired.
Garnish with a Peach slice and serve immediately.
