Method

In a blender, combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
Coconut cream 60 ml2 oz6 cl Pineapple Juice 120 ml4 oz12 cl Crushed ice 240 ml8 oz24 cl
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
