Gör så här

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
Gin 60 ml2 oz6 cl Light Cream 10 ml0,3 oz1 cl Socker 5 ml0,2 oz0,5 cl Citronjuice juice of 1/2 Äggvita 1
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
