Method

Add the Light rum, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Sugar and Egg White to a shaker with ice.
Light rum 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Triple Sec 7.5 ml¼ oz0.75 cl Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Egg White 1
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
