The Blue Hawaiian is a visually stunning cocktail that combines tropical flavors with a vibrant blue color, thanks to blue curaçao. It’s a refreshing drink perfect for beach outings and summer parties.

Method

In a blender, combine light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice with ice.
Light rum 30 ml1 oz3 cl Blue Curaçao 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Coconut cream 30 ml1 oz3 cl Pineapple Juice 60 ml2 oz6 cl Fresh Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Blend until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry on top.
