Add the Cardamom-infused gin, Fresh grapefruit juice and Jalapeño Simple Syrup to a shaker with ice.
Cardamom-infused gin 60 ml2 oz6 cl Fresh grapefruit juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Jalapeño Simple Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 clShake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice, then top up with the Soda Water and stir gently.
Soda Water 60 ml2 oz6 clGarnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of mint.
