The Cardinale is a sophisticated twist on the classic Martini, distinguished by a small measure of Campari. This addition brings a subtle herbal bitterness and a deep ruby hue to the drink. It remains crisp and dry, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a more complex profile than a standard gin and vermouth. The lemon zest garnish adds a final aromatic lift, balancing the botanical notes of the gin with the bitters of the Campari. It is a refined, low-ABV option for a quiet evening.
