Method

Add the Coconut cream, White Rum, Fresh Lime Juice and Vanilla syrup to a shaker, keeping a little of the cream back.
Coconut cream 60 ml2 oz6 cl White Rum 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Fresh Lime Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Vanilla syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Shake vigorously, strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice and slowly float the kept cream on top to create a swirl.

Garnish with a Lime Wheel on the rim.
