Method

Add the Lime, cut in half again, to a rocks glass with the Falernum and Angostura Bitters.
Lime ½ Falernum 9.9 ml0.3 oz0.99 cl Angostura Bitters 2 dashes
Muddle.
Add the Añejo Rum.
Añejo Rum 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Add ice and stir.
Float the Blackstrap Rum on top.
