Method
Add the Golden Rum, White Rum, Passion Fruit Syrup, Lime Juice and Honey Syrup to a blender.
Golden Rum 30 ml1 oz3 cl White Rum 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Passion Fruit Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Lime Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Honey Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 clFill the blender with crushed ice.
Blend for a few seconds until smooth and pour into a rocks glass.
Fill the glass with more crushed ice.
Garnish with half a passion fruit.
Garnish: 1/2 passion fruit
