Method

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Dubonnet Rouge 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Gin 22.5 ml¾ oz2.25 cl Bitters 1 dash
Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
