Method

Pour the Elderflower Cordial into a collins glass.
Elderflower Cordial 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Add the Lime and muddle it in the glass.
Lime 1
Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça.
Cachaça 60 ml2 oz6 cl
Stir well and top with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a Lime Wheel.
