A refreshing watermelon and mint rum cocktail with coconut cream foam.

This cocktail combines fresh watermelon juice, mint-infused rum, and a splash of tonic water to create a refreshing drink perfect for summer. Finished with a foam of coconut cream for a tropical twist.

30 ml1 oz3 clCoconut cream

Method

Fill a shaker with ice and add the Fresh watermelon juice and Mint-infused rum.
Fresh watermelon juice 60 ml2 oz6 cl Mint-infused rum 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl
Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top up with the Tonic Water and stir gently.
Tonic Water 90 ml3 oz9 cl
Float the whipped Coconut cream on top with a spoon, as a foam.
