Ingredients: 90 ml Rum; 45 ml Apricot Nectar; 45 ml Pomegranate Juice; 15 ml Lemon Juice; top up Soda Water

Method

Add the Rum, Apricot Nectar, Pomegranate Juice and Lemon Juice to a mixing glass with ice.
Rum 90 ml3 oz9 cl Apricot Nectar 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Pomegranate Juice 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Lemon Juice 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Stir and strain into a collins glass.
Top up with the Soda Water.
