Method
Add the Gin, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
Gin 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Lemon Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Simple Syrup 10 ml0.3 oz1 clShake vigorously until well chilled and strain into a rocks glass.
Top up with Soda Water.
