Ingredients: 45 ml Gin; 5 ml Grenadine; 15 ml Sugar; 3 Pineapple; 2 Fresh strawberries; Carbonated Water

Method

Add the Gin, Grenadine and Sugar to a mixing glass with ice.
Gin 45 ml1½ oz4.5 cl Grenadine 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Sugar 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Stir and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes.
Top up with Carbonated Water and stir.
Carbonated Water
Garnish with the Pineapple and the Fresh strawberries.
