Ingredients: 25 ml Gin; 15 ml Vermouth; 10 ml Simple Syrup; 100 ml Lemonade; 2 Fresh Blackberries; 1 wedge Orange

Method

Add the Gin, Vermouth, Simple Syrup and Fresh Blackberries to a shaker with plenty of ice.
Gin 25 ml0.8 oz2.5 cl Vermouth 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Simple Syrup 10 ml0.3 oz1 cl Fresh Blackberries 2
Shake vigorously and pour into a snifter.
Top up with the Lemonade.
Lemonade 100 ml3.3 oz10 cl
Garnish with an Orange wedge.
