Add Light rum, Dark rum, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Passion Fruit Purée, Simple Syrup, and Grenadine to a shaker filled with ice.
Light rum 50 ml1.7 oz5 cl Dark rum 50 ml1.7 oz5 cl Lime Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Orange Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Passion Fruit Purée 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Simple Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Grenadine 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 clShake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a Hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with an Orange slice and a cherry.
