Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
Gin 60 ml2 oz6 cl Light Cream 10 ml0.3 oz1 cl Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Lemon Juice juice of 1/2 Egg White 1
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
