Method
Pour the Galliano and Absolut Citron into a shot glass and stir.
Galliano 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Absolut Citron 15 ml½ oz1.5 clAdd the Lemon wedge across the glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of the Sugar over the wedge.
Pour the 151 Proof Rum over it and into the glass.
151 Proof RumSet the rum alight with a lighter, let it burn for a second, then drink the shot quickly and suck on the wedge.
