Method

Add the Sugar and a little of the Carbonated Water to a collins glass and stir.

Fill the glass with ice, add the Gin and Dry Vermouth, and stir.
Gin Dry Vermouth
Top up with more of the soda and stir again.
Garnish with the Lemon Peel and the Orange Spiral, letting the end dangle over the rim.
