This refreshing cocktail balances the dry bite of white rum with the sweet, tangy punch of fresh pineapple juice. A small measure of maraschino liqueur adds a subtle, complex depth, while a dash of grenadine provides a gentle sweetness and a hint of colour. Shaken hard with ice, it serves as a crisp, fruity alternative to a classic daiquiri, perfect for sipping on a warm afternoon or as a light pre-dinner drink.
