This cocktail replaces the traditional gin with Mezcal, introducing a distinct smoky character to the familiar Negroni profile. The bitter Campari and sweet Vermouth balance the earthy Mezcal, creating a complex and robust drink. Stirred gently to ensure clarity and proper dilution, it is served over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. An orange twist garnish adds a bright citrus aroma that complements the deep, smoky notes of the spirit.
