This light and zesty cocktail balances the crisp acidity of fresh lime with the herbal coolness of mint. White rum provides a smooth, neutral base that lets the botanicals shine, while a touch of sugar rounds out the edges. Finished with a gentle pour of soda water, it is a thirst-quenching drink that feels effortless to make. Best served well-chilled in a rocks glass, it is a staple for warm evenings or whenever you need a bright, palate-cleansing sip.
