Method

Muddle the Mint Leaf with the Lemon Juice in a collins glass.
Mint Leaf ½ Lemon Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Add ice and pour in the Dark rum.
Dark rum 120 ml4 oz12 cl
Top up with the Club Soda.
Club Soda 120 ml4 oz12 cl
Add the Angostura Bitters on top.
Angostura Bitters 8 drops
