This drink balances the bold character of whiskey with the bright acidity of lemon and a touch of sweetness. The egg white creates a silky, frothy foam that sits perfectly above the liquid. Finally, a layer of red wine is floated on top, adding a deep, fruity finish and a striking visual contrast. It is a sophisticated twist on a traditional sour, best enjoyed slowly to appreciate the distinct layers and the smooth texture provided by the shake.
