In a shaker filled with ice, combine Pusser's Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream.
Pusser's Rum 60 ml2 oz6 cl Pineapple Juice 120 ml4 oz12 cl Orange Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Coconut cream 30 ml1 oz3 cl
Shake vigorously until well chilled and creamy.
Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
