Method

Pour the Rum, Passoa, Lime Juice, Passion Fruit Syrup and Peach Bitters into a coupe.
Rum 40 ml1.3 oz4 cl Passoa 20 ml0.7 oz2 cl Lime Juice 30 ml1 oz3 cl Passion Fruit Syrup 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl Peach Bitters 1 dash
Add crushed ice and stir with a cocktail stirrer.
Garnish with the Mint Leaf and an edible blossom, if available.
