Rosemary

Method

Pour the Gin and Blue Curaçao into a balloon glass.
Gin 50 ml1.7 oz5 cl Blue Curaçao 15 ml½ oz1.5 cl
Garnish with a Rosemary sprig placed in the glass.
Add a gently squeezed lemon wedge and swirl well to combine.
Fill the glass with cubed ice and top up with the Tonic Water.
Tonic Water 100 ml3.3 oz10 cl
Stir gently to fold it together.
