Ingredients: 5 ml Sugar; 90 ml Club Soda; 1 Lemon; 60 ml Dark rum; 1 Maraschino Cherry; 1 Orange

Method

Add the Sugar to a rocks glass and pour in the Club Soda, stirring to dissolve it.
Sugar 5 ml0.2 oz0.5 cl Club Soda 90 ml3 oz9 cl
Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full.
Pour in the Dark rum.
Dark rum 60 ml2 oz6 cl
Stir well.
Garnish with the Maraschino Cherry and the Orange and Lemon slices.
