This vibrant drink balances the dryness of gin with the sweet, tropical punch of pineapple and a hint of cherry. The addition of Bénédictine and orange liqueur adds depth, while a dash of bitters provides a subtle aromatic finish. Served tall in a Hurricane glass, it is a perfect choice for warm evenings or when you want something light yet complex. The garnish of pineapple and cherry makes it as visually appealing as it is tasty, offering a balanced sip that is both sweet and slightly tart.
