The South Side is a crisp, herbal take on the classic Daiquiri. It balances the dry botanicals of gin with bright lemon juice and a touch of sweetness. Fresh mint leaves add an aromatic, cooling layer that makes it ideal for warm evenings. The optional egg white creates a silky, frothy texture that softens the acidity. Served chilled in a stemmed glass, it is a sophisticated yet approachable drink that highlights the natural flavours of its ingredients.
